You agree not to use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or server; transmit material that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent; or engage in any activity that disrupts the proper functioning of the site. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant law-enforcement authorities.
Account responsibility
If you register an account on l7lottery.io, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Payments processed through your account via supported methods, including PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, or net banking, are considered authorised unless disputed within 48 hours of the transaction timestamp. L7 Lottery will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure or to report suspicious activity promptly.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on l7lottery.io, including text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of L7 Lottery or its licensed content suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international intellectual property treaties. The L7 Lottery name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of L7 Lottery and may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service without prior written permission.
Licence to users
L7 Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use l7lottery.io for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to modify or create derivative works, publicly display or distribute site content, or remove proprietary notices. Any use beyond this scope, including republishing draw results or promotional materials on third-party platforms, requires prior written consent from L7 Lottery.
Infringement notices
If you believe that any content on l7lottery.io infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected] with full details of the allegedly infringing material and evidence of your ownership. We investigate all notices and respond within 5 business days. Where an infringement is confirmed, we will take prompt remedial action including removal of the relevant content.
Limitation of liability

Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, L7 Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, l7lottery.io. In no event shall L7 Lottery's aggregate liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to L7 Lottery in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Third-party services
L7 Lottery is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, or for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as network outages or regulatory intervention. Disputes relating to payment processing should be raised first with the relevant payment service provider before escalation to L7 Lottery support.
